Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The bag needs to be unused and in its original condition — no wear, stains, or washing. Email lajollatote@gmail.com with your order number and we'll walk you through it. Return shipping is on you, unless the bag arrived damaged or wrong.
Exchanges
Want a different color instead? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll swap it, subject to availability.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once a bag has shipped, it falls under the return policy above. Email lajollatote@gmail.com as soon as you can if you need to cancel.
Damaged or wrong item
If your bag arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
